BVB.net builds on over 55 years of experience - without being entrenched.
Bus Verkehr Berlin KG was founded in 1969 through a merger of the following four bus companies:
- Kastner
- Rietdorf Travel
- The Berlin
- Bavarian Travel Agency Berlin
A few years later, in 1974, the company Freizeitreisen KG was founded for day trips and short trips, which also offered vacation trips for the first time.
In 1998, Freizeitreisen KG took over the tour operator Weichert Reisen, which had been operating in Berlin since the 1950s.
Today, this company merger operates under the name BVB Touristik and offers an extensive range of day trips and multi-day tours.
BVB.net has also been offering city tours in Berlin since 1985.
In the 1990s, this area was integrated into the City Circle consortium, which is now the leading provider of hop-on hop-off city tours in the German capital.
Since the 1990s, BVB.net's strength has been primarily in the area of bus logistics for major events.
In 2006, our company, together with Autobus Oberbayern and Sippel, was selected as the bus service provider for the Football World Cup in Germany.
With around 200 employees, 80 buses and almost 4,000 seats, BVB.net is now the largest private bus company in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. You shouldn't ask for less when it comes to bus logistics.
