Have your plans changed? No problem, of course this can happen. You can find everything you need to know about canceling or changing your booking at here. If you haven't found the right answer, take a look at our contact page to get in touch with our customer service. If you have already received a quote, you can also get in touch with your contact person directly. This way, none of your questions will remain unanswered!

The price does not depend on the number of passengers on your journey, but on the size of the bus required. Only if you require a smaller or larger bus size with the change, will your offer price also change.
We will be happy to send you an updated offer for your change. Simply send an email to your personal contact from whom you received the offer.

We require a written cancellation by e-mail, please note whether you wish to cancel the entire booking or just individual journeys. Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the planned departure date. You can find further information on our cancellation conditions under point 6 in our General Terms and Conditions.
