It is best to use our non-binding instant price calculator to create a quote quickly and directly. In the case of a more complex request, please add all the important details in the notes on the journey.

Alternatively, you can use our contact form or contact us directly by e-mail. However, these inquiries may take longer to process.

Once we have received your information, our experts prepare atransparent and comprehensible offer that includes the direct and indirect costs.

Direct costs include all costs that are incurred immediately. These include the costs for a bus driver, fuel costs, all booked services and much more.

Indirect costs include toll costs, tunnel fees and other factors.

After receiving our offer, there are only a few steps left to your journey.

  • 1. confirm our online offer via the button in the offer e-mail or in writing to our service team
  • 2. you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail
  • 3. we activate your online customer account
  • 4. you complete your personal data in the customer account
  • 5. we receive your payment up to 5 days before your trip - by credit card/PayPal via the customer account or alternatively by bank transfer
  • 6. your journey can begin (live data in the customer account).
  • 7. after completion of the trip you will receive our invoice (advance billing possible on request)
 

An online customer account at BVB.net offers you numerous advantages.

You can easily pay for your trip online by credit card or PayPal. You will also receive important information about your vehicle and the crew approx. 3 hours before departure. You can also track your bus live on the map - from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure - directly in your customer account under "My journeys".

The successful creation of your customer account is done in four simple steps:

1. Log in: Use the e-mail address you used to receive our message and offer for a quick registration.
2. Set password: In the next step you will receive an e-mail with the further steps.
3. Use account: Your customer account is immediately available to you for your current and all future journeys.
4. Complete data: Please check and complete your data in the "Customer data" section. Don't forget to enter the mobile number of a local contact person for the journey.

The total amount of your booking must be paid no later than 5 days before your trip . The invoice will follow after your trip and will be sent to you by e-mail.

You can easily pay the invoice online in your customer account by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you experience technical difficulties, please try a different browser or alternatively pay by bank transfer.

If an advance payment has been agreed, you can instruct the bank transfer with the booking number as the reason for payment. If you need an advance invoice for this, we will be happy to send you a pro-forma invoice by email.

Two accounts are noted in the footer of your order confirmation, both of which you can use for your payment.

We always endeavor to accommodate changes to our timetables at short notice, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to comply with every change request. We therefore ask you to send changes to our service team as early as possible and always in writing. To avoid errors caused by multiple exchanges, please combine different change requests where possible.

The price does not depend on the number of passengers on your journey, but on the size of the bus required. Only if you require a smaller or larger bus size with the change, will your offer price also change.

We may change the offer depending on availability and send you an updated version. 

The shorter the change requests are received and the higher our workload is on the date in question, the more difficult it will be to take your changes into account. Therefore, please contact your personal contact person directly by e-mail in good time.

Yes, we hire out our coaches exclusively with first-class trained driving personnel.

We require a written cancellation by e-mail, please note whether you wish to cancel the entire booking or just individual journeys. Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the planned departure date. You can find further information on our cancellation conditions under point 6 in our General Terms and Conditions.
