General description of the service
On this website, companies and private customers can rent a wide variety of buses for a wide range of occasions and periods, including drivers.
Explanations regarding the performance of the service
Bookings can be made using the booking form on this website or by telephone.
In addition, the website offers the option of subscribing to a newsletter or submitting individual inquiries via a contact form. Communication can take place by email, telephone, or post.
Status of compliance with requirements
The website is currently only partially compliant with accessibility requirements. The following content and functions currently present barriers:
- There are contrast issues between text, background, and graphics, especially for certain elements such as buttons, links, or headings, which limits readability.
- In some cases, alternative text descriptions (alt text) are missing for embedded images, meaning that their content is not yet accessible to screen readers.
- The headings are not structured, which means that screen readers do not always render the content in a comprehensible manner.
- Forms cannot be fully controlled using a keyboard or screen reader.
- Due to the current presentation, certain content can only be used to a limited extent with screen readers or cannot be interpreted clearly.
Accessible alternatives
All online functions (e.g., contact forms, booking requests, applications) can alternatively be accessed via the following accessible channels:
- By telephone: Telephone: +49 (0) 30 – 68 38 910
- By email: contact@bvb.net
- In person at Grenzallee 15, 12057 Berlin
Non-accessible parts of the service
We are already working on improving the accessibility of our website and plan to implement appropriate measures step by step.
We strive to continuously improve the accessibility of our website and make gradual adjustments. This involves regular checks using common accessibility tools to identify existing problems and implement solutions.
Specifically, the entire website is to be redesigned by an agency. This agency will implement all BFSG guidelines.
However, at this point in time, we are unable to provide any binding information on when all known barriers will be completely removed. We thank you for your understanding and are continuously working to make our digital services accessible to all users.
- Over 80 errors in minimum contrast ratio
- Missing ALT tags for images
- Errors in HTML structural elements for headings
